The room was wonderful and incredibly comfortable with ironing facilities, a study table, and a radio.
More than adequate breakfast for all tastes with a good quantity of food. Extremely quiet and stunning location - a short way from Porta Santa Maria. Liked rural area...

The breakfast was mind-blowing with locally supplied food, and the addition of food from Erna's garden was jaw-dropping. Erna, the host, was incredibly friendly and hospitable, and her knowledge of local attractions and restaurants was super helpful. The rooms were ample and cozy, and the peaceful location was perfect for visiting First World War battlefield sites. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

The B&B's decoration was absolutely delightful, with a cozy and comfortable ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the peaceful garden. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy access to all areas and facilities.
It would have been even better for senior guests if there was an elevator available.

Title: A Family-Friendly Stay with a Fantastic Breakfast
My wife says that the Greenhouse is a bit far from the city, but I really enjoyed the peaceful and interesting rural surroundings. For families with children, my wife wished there was a playground or some outdoor activities on the property to keep the kids entertained during downtime.

The rooms at B&B Greenhouse 37 are so cozy and charming, with their country-styled sloping roofs. It really feels like a countryside escape, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private bathrooms with showers are such a nice touch, giving you all the convenience and privacy you need during your stay. It's a great added bonus that adds to the overall comfort of the room. I loved having a TV and desk in the room. It made it so easy to catch up on my favorite shows and get some work done without having to leave the comfort of my cozy room.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the sloping roof in the room. It gave the space a unique charm, but I found it a bit restrictive in terms of movement.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was welcoming and had a homey feel to it, with soft colors and beautiful floral accents throughout. The common areas, like the conservatory and the garden, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful setting for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for older guests. The rooms were easily accessible, with no stairs to navigate, and the staff was always ready to offer assistance if needed.
If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more support or assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were polite and friendly, it would have been nice to have more information or guidance specifically tailored to the needs of older guests.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The beautiful vintage furniture and floral wallpaper made me feel like I was staying in a quaint countryside cottage. The general areas, such as the garden and terrace, were accessible and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with no stairs to climb and everything conveniently located on the ground floor.
Just one small suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have handrails installed in the bathrooms for added safety. The children working there were incredibly helpful, but having handrails would provide extra peace of mind for elderly guests.
